Craigslisting
I had to share a funny, if not disappointing post I saw on Craigslist today:
I posted a free Portable basketball hoop on here last evening. Someone came and took the free one. I immediately deleted the free one from Craiglist. Then someone came TODAY and took MY SONS hoop that was not for free. Please return immediately . My neighbor noticed some specifics about you and your vehicle, I will file a police report if not returned by 9 am tomorrow. Do the right thing.
OK, I'd be pretty pissed if this happened to me, but honestly, what are the chances that the guy/gal who took the thing is still shopping Craigslist for basketball hoops? They clearly already have one. Or do you think it was an intentional malfeasance and the perp might be checking their back to see if they got caught?
Next question: Is the person who posted this an idiot for giving out their address in the first place?

That is SO awesome. And I wonder, did the seller NOT see this coming, knowing they had two hoops outside? I really think it was an accident, in which case, as you said, why would the person be checking on craiglist still? Most people need only one. Except for the seller!
