Alternate title, “A Serious Letdown”
We recently watched the new Coen Brothers flick, A Serious Man and it has left me seriously puzzled. With few exceptions (The Man Who Wasn’t There) I love everything Ethan and Joel have done. This one left me with more questions than answers. While I’ve decided to watch again and see if I change my mind, for right now, I am giving one thumb halfway down for sheer lack of satisfaction. But then, maybe that’s the point?
Anyone else have thoughts on this or any other Oscar nominated movies?
