Keeping Abreast
I got a text from my brother. He just found out that the Rhodesian Ridgeback that Erica got "custody” of in the breakup died of liver or kidney failure (she wouldn't elaborate). Anyway, here’s his tribute to both of his dogs - a free tattoo performed by his roommate:
It is two 'old school' sparrows with their names Drake and Indy in banners under each. Not bad for a student! He also shared with me his idea for his next piece - a tribute to Portland which will incorporate a scenic view of Mt. Hood on his shoulder, the iconic Made in Oregon sign on his bicep and the historic lighted Portland sign which is visible on N.W. Broadway stretching the length. Frankly, I'm a bit jealous I didn't think of this as a design concept.

I think these turned out great. Good to see Aaron still has plenty of stomach real estate for future tats.
